1. YOUR JOURNEY

The Cohort Coaching Experience has been crafted for those who are genuinely ready to do the work — not dabble, not dip a toe, but go all in. 

This is a transformative container where we explore limiting beliefs, discover your life’s purpose, and address the blockages keeping you stuck.

We’ll dive into past experiences and current realities with the aim of healing and clearing them. 

Expect to reprogram your mind, strengthen your intuition, and develop daily habits that align your mind, body, and soul.

2. YOUR COMMITMENT

Real transformation requires real commitment. Here’s what that looks like:

• Show up consistently — to the calls, to the work, and to yourself.

• Complete designated practices, homework and exercises between sessions.

• Engage authentically — with yourself, with the container, and with your fellow participants.

• Embrace discomfort. Growth doesn’t live inside your comfort zone — it’s just outside it.

As Einstein put it: doing the same thing every day and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. 

If you’re ready for a new life, you have to be willing to try new things.

3. YOUR WELL-BEING

To support your transformation, prioritise yourself outside of our container:

• Nourish your body with good food and stay hydrated.

• Allow for adequate rest and recovery.

• Spend time in nature.

• Be patient with yourself as you shift and clear.

It is completely normal to experience physical, emotional, and energetic shifts as you do this work.

These are signs of progress, not problems.

5. OUR SACRED CONTAINER — CALL CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

This cohort experience is intimate by design. 

Every participant has been chosen deliberately. 

What happens inside this container stays inside this container.

Weekly Call Day & Time: Monday | 12:00 PST / 15:00 EST

To honour every person in this space, we ask:

• Be on time. Our calls start at the scheduled time — always.

• Create a sacred space. Find a quiet, private area for your calls. Be camera-ready and present.

• Respect the space. No distractions, multitasking, or half-presence.

• Hold what is shared in strict confidence. What is shared here stays here.

• Show up for each other. This is a co-created experience — your energy matters.

• This cohort welcomes both men and women. All genders are respected and celebrated equally.

• Each participant will receive 30 minutes each during the session however if we find cadence and synergy in a call we may follow the energy of the room however you are welcome to express your desire or need for 1:1 time during the call. 

• It remains your responsibility to speak up during a session or advise me of any feelings of unsafety or triggers during or after said call in order to address and rectify any imbalance.

By participating, you acknowledge this and take full responsibility for your decisions and wellbeing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing and participating in any program, course, once-off service, challenge, workshop, masterclass, VIP service, or cohort experience (collectively, “the Service”) offered by Megan Cleland trading as New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”), you (“the Client”) irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Completing payment constitutes a binding contract between you and the Company. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept all terms herein. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify you of material changes.

2. MEMBERSHIP, CANCELLATION & 30-DAY NOTICE PERIOD

The following cancellation terms apply to all ongoing membership or subscription-based participation:

• A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel your membership before your next debit order. Notice must be submitted to the Company in writing via email.

• Your membership will remain active and payment will continue to be collected during the 30-day notice period.

• Access to all program materials, community, and live calls will continue through the end of your notice period.

• Following the notice period, access to course materials and community will be revoked.

You may opt out of your membership at any time, subject to the 30-day notice requirement above.

3. PAYMENT

By completing payment, the Client authorises the Company to charge the credit or debit card provided, or to debit your bank account, as payment for participation in the Service.

• Payment plans are administered through Paystack, PayPal, or Payfast and will be processed automatically as scheduled.

• All pricing is subject to exchange rate fluctuations between the US Dollar (USD) and South African Rand (ZAR). Should the value of the USD fall below R16.30, the Company reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. Clients will be notified and may accept the new pricing or cancel with the required 30-day notice.

4. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. This Service operates under a strict no-refund policy.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as serious illness or death, an application may be made to defer participation. Supporting documentation (e.g., a medical certificate or death certificate) may be required. Approval is at the Company’s sole discretion.

5. SESSIONS & GROUP ACCESS

1:1 Sessions (where applicable):

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a 1:1 session.

• Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of that session.

• A maximum of one reschedule is permitted per session.

Group Cohort Calls:

• Weekly calls are held every Monday at 12:00 PST / 15:00 EST.

• The schedule is subject to change. The Company will provide advance notice wherever possible, but this is not guaranteed.

• The Company takes scheduled breaks throughout the year: a three-week break in December/January. Any other will be communicated in a timely manner. These are subject to change.

6. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY (POPI ACT)

New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa and is committed to protecting your privacy.

• By participating in video calls, workshops, or online platforms, you agree that sessions may be recorded and shared with cohort participant,, including your contributions.

• Your email address and participation within group settings may be visible to other participants.

• If you do not wish to be recorded or identifiable, please refrain from active participation in those instances.

• Your purchase constitutes consent to receive future marketing emails and updates from the Company. You may opt out at any time.

Confidentiality within the cohort is a two-way responsibility. The Company will uphold strict confidentiality regarding individual client information. However, within a group setting, the Company cannot guarantee anonymity. All participants are expected to honour what is shared in the container.

• All materials and content provided by the Company are its proprietary intellectual property.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any Company materials without express written permission.

• Screenshots of wins, testimonials, or feedback may be shared publicly for promotional purposes, with your name and identifying details removed.

7. TERMINATION

The Company is committed to fostering a positive, safe, and respectful experience for all participants. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate a Client’s participation without refund in the following circumstances:

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour within the group or toward the Company or its staff.

• Consistent non-participation or failure to engage with the program as agreed.

• Any breach of confidentiality or intellectual property protections outlined herein.

The Company also reserves the right to substitute coaches, trainers, or facilitators, or to amend dates, at its discretion. 

Every effort will be made to maintain consistency; however, the Company cannot be held liable for matters beyond its reasonable control.

8. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & DISCLAIMER

You are a powerful person making a powerful choice. 

The Company has made every effort to represent the Service accurately. Individual results will vary based on your background, commitment, effort, and personal circumstances.

By participating, you acknowledge:

• No financial returns are guaranteed. Any income figures referenced are illustrative only.

• The Company’s facilitators are not licensed mental health professionals, financial advisors, dietitians, or legal practitioners.

• You take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.

• You are solely responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

The Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• The Client’s reliance on any advice, recommendations, or information provided under this Agreement.

• Any matter connected to the Client’s participation in the Service.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Should any provision of this Agreement be found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

11. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Coaching Agreement and Terms & Conditions.

• You accept full responsibility for your participation, decisions, and outcomes.

• You understand this is a legally binding agreement between yourself and New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions and the Coaching Agreement are subject to change at any time. The most current version will always be made available to active participants.
