Sarah signs up as a Referral ( She is not a member of MCC)

Sarah refers Barbara and Barbara signs up as an international client using Sarah’s Referral link.

Barbara stays inside the “MCC’ membership for 5 months.

That means that Sarah earns $100 per month for 5 months. 

Then a second client Melissa signs up but under the ZAR price plan which is an exclusive initiative to support and empower local women from Africa and their respective economic situation.

Melissa signs up as a ZAR client for the membership for 4 months. 

Sarah will now automatically earn a commission of $100 per month for each month that Barbara is a member as well as R1000 for each month that Melissa is a member of ‘MCC’ and so on and so forth.

This creates an exponential earning potential for Sarah should she leverage her network and refer suitable candidates to sign up the ‘MCC’ Membership by sending them her Referral link

Once a contact signs up for The Manifestation Cheat Code Membership using your unique Referral link, they are permanently tagged as your referral.

You will receive R1000 for the RAND sign ups or $100 for the DOLLAR sign up's of their monthly membership fee for the entire duration they remain a paying member, even if they sign up months after initially clicking your link.

The Referral whose link is clicked by the client at the time of purchase will receive the commission.

* Minimum Payout: [$50 minimum payout amount applies before payments are initiated].

* Verification: Upon opening your account, a form will be sent for verification of details and acknowledgment of terms. We require a bank confirmation letter displaying your correct bank details to be emailed to: megan@megancleland.com. The bank account must be in your name or requested company name.

* Payment Cycle: Commissions are paid approximately 30-60 days after the referred member's initial purchase, provided all conditions are met and to ensure there is no claw back from the member who signed up. 

Affiliate invoices are generated on the 10th of the month, covering sales from the previous cycle (e.g., Barbara signed up on the 5th of May, her payment cycle will only reflect on the 10 June invoice run and qualify for payment on the June 25th).

Payments will be made by wire transfer ( Paypal is not a viable option at this point) 

* South African Accounts (ZAR): 

Payments will be made via EFT to your nominated South African bank account on the 25th of the month. 

Standard bank delays will apply for your money to clear.

* International Accounts (IBAN): 

Payments will be made via international bank transfer. 

A 10% fee on the total payable amount will be deducted to cover various international transfer fees and currency exchange costs (Rand to USD/GBP/EUR). 

International transfers could take up to 14 working days after the payment is made on the 25th to reflect in your account.

Our pricing is subject to changes in the exchange rate between the U.S. Dollar (USD) and the South African Rand (ZAR). Should the value of the USD fall below R16.30, we reserve the right to adjust the commission in accordance with the ROE. This will be communicated to the Referral Partner should the need arise.

Yes, participation in our Referral Program is completely independent of whether you are a Manifestation Cheat Code Membership customer or not.

No, it is forbidden for you to be your own Referral.

Yes, inside your welcome e-mail you will be directed to a word document that has all the FAQ,'s terms and conditions and branding details with an extra link that takes you to all the artwork that you can download to use for your Referral marketing needs.

Our system assigns a unique Referral ID to you. When someone clicks on your unique Referral link, their contact is tagged with your ID. 

This link is permanently tied to their email address upon initial sign-up for the membership. 

Even if they use different devices or clear cookies, your Referral is secured from their initial sign-up.

You will receive all the information you need inside of your welcome email once you sign up for the Referral program.

Manifestation Cheat Code Membership Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Manifestation Cheat Code Membership Referral Program (Trading under New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd) ("the Program"), you ("Referral," "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 

These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows you to earn a commission by referring new members to the Manifestation Cheat Code Membership (Trading under New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd).

You do not need to be a member of the program to be an Referral.

2. Commission Structure

2.1. Referrals earn a commission of R1000 FOR SIGN UPS IN RANDS ZAR AND $100 FOR SIGN UPS IN DOLLARS per month on the monthly recurring membership fee paid by each new member that has successfully signed for The Manifestation Cheat Code Membership (Trading under New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd) through their unique Referral Link.

2.2. Commissions are lifetime: The Referral will receive commissions for as long as the referred member maintains an active, paid membership.

2.3. Commissions are calculated on the net membership fee, excluding any taxes or other charges.

2.4 Our pricing is subject to changes in the exchange rate between the U.S. Dollar (USD) and the South African Rand (ZAR). Should the value of the USD fall below R16.30, we reserve the right to adjust the commission in accordance with the ROE. This will be communicated to the Referral Partner should the need arise.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

3.2. Referrals must be able to receive payments via bank transfer (EFT).

3.3. Self-referrals (using one's own Referral Link to purchase a membership) are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commissions and potential removal from the Program.

3.4. Commissions are only paid for new members who have not previously been a Manifestation Cheat Code Membership (Trading under New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd) member.

3.5 Any marketing is done with the highest standard and integrity to The Manifestation Cheat Code (Trading under New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd)  Brand. Any deviation of such will result in removal from The Manifestation Cheat Code Membership (Trading under New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd) Referral Program.

4. Referral Tracking and Referral Locking

4.1. Upon signing up for the Program, each Referral receives a unique Referral ID.

4.2. Our system tracks referrals primarily through the initial sign-up using the Referral's unique link, which permanently ties the referral's email address to the Referral.

4.3. Referral Override: An initial referral can be overridden only if a user, who has already signed up (e.g., for a free trial or via another Referral), subsequently uses an Referral link from another Referral that leads directly to a Manifestation Cheat Code Membership payment page to finalize a purchase. In this specific scenario, the Referral whose direct payment page link was used for the final purchase will receive the commission for that sale. This exception is designed to credit Referrals who directly close sales.

5. Payment Process

5.1. Invoicing: Referral invoices are generated around the 10th of each month for commissions earned from the previous payment cycle.

5.2. South African Accounts (ZAR): Payments for commissions to South African bank accounts will be made via EFT on the 25th of the month.

5.3. International Accounts (IBAN): Payments to international accounts require IBAN details. A 10% fee on the total payable amount will be deducted from international payments to cover international transfer fees and currency exchange costs.

5.4. Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid approximately 30 to 60 days after the referred member's initial payment, provided all conditions are met. International transfers may take up to 14 working days after the payment date (25th) to reflect in the Referral's account.

5.5. Minimum Payout: [ e.g., "A minimum commission balance of $50 (or equivalent) is required for payout."] Commissions below this threshold will roll over to the next month until the minimum is met.

5.6. Bank Details Verification: To receive commissions, Referrals must email a bank confirmation letter displaying their correct bank details as well as a signed and completed form confirming the bank details and acceptance of the terms and conditions in writing to: megan@megancleland.com. The bank account must be in the Referral's name or chosen legal business entity. Payments will not be processed until verified details are received.

5.6.1 Electronically signed and completed documents are allowed with a verified electronic audit trail such as a platform like pandadoc. (You can send e-sign documents for free)

5.7 Payments will be made from the New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd bank accounts and international payment platforms. 

5.8 Our pricing is subject to changes in the exchange rate between the U.S. Dollar (USD) and the South African Rand (ZAR). Should the value of the USD fall below R16.30. We reserve the right to adjust the commission should the ROE go below R16.30 ZAR to 1USD. However this will be communicated to the Referral Partner.

6. Marketing and Promotion

6.1. Referrals are encouraged to promote the Manifestation Cheat Code Membership (Trading under New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd) ethically and responsibly.

6.2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: spamming, misrepresentation of the membership, false advertising, using deceptive practices, or bidding on brand terms (e.g., "Manifestation Cheat Code") in paid advertising without explicit written permission.

6.3. Any commissions earned through prohibited activities will be forfeited, and the Referral may be removed from the Program.

7. Data Privacy (POPIA)

7.1. All personal information collected from Referrals and referred contacts will be handled in strict accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

7.2. Such information will be used solely for the administration of the Referral Program and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Tax Responsibility

8.1. Referrals are solely responsible for understanding, declaring, and remitting any taxes (e.g., income tax) applicable to the commissions earned through this Program in their respective jurisdiction. 

The Manifestation Cheat Code Membership (Trading under New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd) is not responsible for any tax obligations of the Referral.

9. Program Termination

9.1. The Manifestation Cheat Code Membership  (Trading under New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd) reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program, or an individual Referral's participation in the Program, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

9.2. In the event of Program termination, outstanding earned commissions will be paid out, subject to all terms and conditions.

10. Acceptance of Terms

10.1. By signing up for the Manifestation Cheat Code Membership Referral Program (Trading under New Earth Utopia (Pty) Ltd), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

11. Chargebacks/Refunds

11.1: Should a referred member that signed up through the Referrals unique link request a refund after a commission has been paid the Referral in question commission will be clawed back on future payouts. However this will be communicated to the Referral Partner as soon as possible to avoid any confusion and to resolve any misunderstanding.
